    Hi Ashy, I have been following you for more than a year now. You are amazing and I admire you for energy you have. I am new to squad app, but trying to figure out how can I ask you questions. I go to gym three times a week. Initially I used to do cardio and squats etc. This year I have switched to using machines like Leg press, curls and for glutes back kick. I have started seeing my muscles around thighs are toning up. The thing that is concerning me is that I have started losing (i think its fat) or skin on my <bum> area, but my thighs are in good shape. Can you please help me why this could be?

    I love all of your content on YouTube! I saw on your snap yesterday you talking about motivation and if you lived it Tassie you would walk in a gym… Well I live in Tassie and our local gym closesd 6 months ago but it hasn't stopped me I still get up at 5am (before hubby & daughter) and walk 7 to 10kms whole watching/listening to all your videos.     Random idea but i would absolutely LOVE if you brought out some kind of box each month kind of like the goodness one that had some of the different brands and products that you like to use. It would be a great way to try them and different flavours etc.
    Or even if you had a website collaboration so that you could get a few of the products in the one place. So many brands that you have recommended i now use everyday and have helped me so much in my fitness journey xx
