How to Restore Lost Files

Looking to find out how to restore lost files? Needless to say, you're no alone. How often have we accidently deleted files? How often have we done so without realizing until after the recycle bin has been emptied? Or how about losing data from a hard drive crash? The situations which result in lost information are seemingly endless, and the solution is clear – we need to know how to restore lost files.

Luckily, there exists software that can handle the task. Yes, even after the recycle bin has been emptied. Yes, even after losing unsaved information after a hard drive crash and reboot. Yes, even after formatting your hard drive … and Windows has been reinstalled! Pretty sweet, huh?

Now, does one need to have a hacker with data retrieval skills, knowing all there is to know about how to restore lost files like a techie geek from the FBI? Nope. The software program does it all for you, and there's no need for any skills at all, other than knowing how to click your mouse. This is how to restore lost files – with the right tool for the right job.

Now you can rest easy and assured that all is NOT lost. Really, there is no such thing as lost (except out of frustration you have taken a baseball bat and bashed your computer to bits). Think about it – when the FBI, CIA or IRS want to find something on any computer, even if the hard drive has been purged of all information, they get what they are looking for with a minimum of fuss, do not they?

You can too – no matter how you have lost your data, whether from a crash, a virus that caused you to reformat and reinstall, or what have you, you can take back that which was taken from you with the ease of falling off a log. This is how to restore lost files – get back what was once "lost" today!

Hi GCN, could you do something on Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness. I think this may be what my problem is for the 24+ hrs following the longer of the 2 or 3 rides I do each week. I really hope that once I reach and sustain my target PB of a 125mile ride, the DOMS will diminish as my body adapts to 125 miles.

Also I saw a video you did that suggested endurance cycling may damage/scare the heart muscle. This is rather alarming as I began cycling to compensate for my increased risk of heart disease and the cycling I most enjoy is solo adventure cycling over long distances with a view to cycling touring next year. Do you have any updates on this rather alarming possibility? How does an endurance/long distance cyclist know if they are increasing, rather than decreasing their risk of heart problems?

As always, thank you for doing the videos you do. They are a highlight of youtube.

you fuckers look like you never had a decent workout or a decent portion of protein, let alone built a single muscle fiber.
Luckily, we don't all have to be on the Auschwitz training plan, so we can walk around with giant muscles, dicks, and balls.

What does Daniel Loyd think about Mr. Lastie copying his bike? Is it flattery of is it a #CrimeOfCycling ?.I'm just kidding, Tom,
because I'm just jealous. We all know you picked a great bike. Love the colors.

Totally slacking there GCN… absolutely no mention of Pilsners, Ales and wheat beers for post ride recovery, not to mention coffee as well. Thumbs down this! Just wait til GCN has the newest sponsor of Newcastle Brown and we'll happily never hear the end of it from Lloyd.

  • Chris Wagner July 1, 2018 at 10:35 pm

@globalcyclingnetwork Was that pea-averse meal 'enjoyed' anywhere in the neighbourhood of Glastonbury, by any chance. Apologies for this Belgian's lack of Brit scenery knowledge, but have been to Glastonbury and that looked like the church/cathedral ruins in the background!
