Btw I haven't seen anything on YouTube or on any football/soccer related videos, something about if you have an imbalance in muscles, like if your calf is bigger than the other, quads or like you actually can see the imbalance in the mirror on your legs, like if you have had an injury and couldn't work on that leg or muscle , like how to work them out in the gym or on the field, because it can cause many injuries on the long term of the carrier if there is a big imbalance, would help out a lot,if you had time to make a video on that, much love from Denmark.
