What if you learn that your judgment debtor is a beneficiary of their parent’s trust, and the parent died. Is there anything you can or need to do, besides levying on the trust through the probate trustee? One of many judgment-related articles: I am not a lawyer, and this article is my opinion based on my experience, please consult with a lawyer if you need legal advice. Most often, trusts are handled in probate courts. Trusts are usually not simple, and each state has their own laws concerning trusts. In California, there is probate code 15301, which reads: (a) Except as provided in subdivision (b) and in Sections 15304 to 15307, inclusive, if the trust instrument provides that a beneficiary’s interest in principal is not subject to voluntary or involuntary transfer, the beneficiary’s interest in principal may not be transferred and is not subject to enforcement of a money judgment until paid to the beneficiary. Recovering MDF Data Post "Error 5101: Device Activation Error"
RecoverySoft / February 6, 2019

Like any other file, MDF file (MS SQL database file) can also be corrupted at any point in time. Few symptoms that help you to identify that the database file is corrupted are when you are unable to view all the records saved in database components, the database file does not open, or the database mounts in a suspected state. In most cases of MDF file corruption, the database administrator encounters an error message, which s/he tries to solve by executing DBCC CHECKDB command or by restoring file from an upgraded backup. DBCC CHECKDB command helps to repair MDF file in case of any logical corruption, and if the command fails then the administrator restores the data from an updated backup. However, the main problem arises only when there is no database backup availability. For such cases, the database administrator is only left with one option – a third party MDF recovery software. To practically explain the above discussion, here is an error message that appears after corruption of MDF file: “error 5101: Device activation error. The physical file name ‘C:%path to db%db_log.LDF ‘ may be incorrect. Then I get db Attach failed.” The above error message appears when the…

Generativity and Recovery! Part Two: Generativity in My Own Recovery
RecoverySoft / February 6, 2019

My three-month psychiatric incarceration seemed to be aimed at discrediting me after I had leaked newspaper stories. On my way to Canada to seek asylum, I was stopped by police. I evaded them for three days through rural towns and surrendered one midnight, from a ditch on a mountain pass. It was hard for me to accept the way I was treated. Confined to a ward for two weeks, I walked in circles. I barked on the payphone testing many of my supports. They all just said I was delusional. I really did learn a lot from a mob boss's daughter. There are a lot to the rules that govern those of us who get trafficked in this land of the free. Still, I did what I could to disrespect the mob especially because my counselor told me not to. And so, I endured a month of chronic warehousing conditions. I had to wear other peoples' clothes to brave the ice-cold of the barely heated ward. Two and a half months in my psychiatrist finally responded to my requests to meet with her. "You know, Tim, one time we had someone come here saying the FBI was following him. Of…

MMC.exe file reflects to an executable file associated with the application known as Microsoft Management console that turns to consume large space in the system logical memory leading to slow system functioning and many times times turns to freeze the system as well. It is My Favorite Part of the Exercise Process – Recovery!
RecoverySoft / February 6, 2019

While all of that lifting and running and pushing and pulling can become quite a chore, the recovery phase of exercise is something I rather enjoy. It is a strange thing but many of us can be tempted to short change this vital part of the exercise cycle. In our enthusiasm to build muscle, burn fat, or look younger we can easily start to exercise too much and not give our bodies the time it needs to repair and rejuvenate itself. We fail to give our bodies the time it needs to rebuild and grow stronger. But without an adequate recovery stage, all that exercise is tearing our bodies down. We need rest to build our bodies up. And exercising too frequently can lead to a greater chance of injury. Injuries during exercise are not completely avoidable. But we can greatly limit them by taking two simple steps. Stretching properly before exercising and getting the proper rest between exercise sessions will go a long way in keeping you from having those nagging injuries that disrupt your exercise program. You can make sure you are getting the proper rest for recovery by following a few simple steps. Take a day off…
